Lyons sued Tommy Robinson, then Sheriff of Pulaski County, Arkansas and eight other Pulaski County law enforcement officers for monetary damages under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 for violation of his fourth amendment right against unreasonable search and seizure. From the district court's1 dismissal on the merits and a denial of a motion to reconsider, Lyons appeals. We affirm.
